Shipping + Returns
 A flat rate is applied to all orders with a small fee added for additional items, free local delivery is also available. All items have been evaluated by the artist before posting for sale, bubbles are not seen as flaws but occur naturally during the glass making process. If an item arrives damaged please photograph the piece and the packaging and contact Kathleen as soon as possible for replacement. As all items are handmade and one of a kind replacements will not be identical to the first item. All stocked items can be returned within 30 days for full exchange value. If an item is made to order it cannot be returned. If you are looking to return an item please make sure the item is packaged securely, items that are returned broken cannot be exchanged.
